Immerse yourself with one of our most hands-on offerings yet. The only experience of its kind in Victoria, you’ll taste, select, fill, and custom label your very own bottle of exclusive Starward whisky, straight from the barrel. 

Guided by a Starward expert, choose from two barrels hand picked by our distillers. Exclusive to Starward Distillery & Bar, each barrel is unique and available for a limited run, once it’s gone, it’s gone!

Things to note:

• This experience is for over 18s only.
• This experience is for 1 person, but you are welcome to have guests accompany you on the day. If your group is larger than four people, let us know so we can accommodate you.

Accessibility

• Entry to our venue is step free and paved.
• There is an accessible bathroom on the ground floor of the distillery with an automatic door.
• Our Fill Your Own Bottle bench is 910mm high, and the filling lever sits 500mm above the bench. Filling your bottle requires a push and pull motion with slight resistance, our staff are happy to assist with this.
• Please be sure to get in touch with any specific requirements, we are always happy to help.

Changes, cancellations and refunds

We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for our Fill Your Own Bottle experience. You can reschedule your booking up to 24 hours prior to the booking date. To do so please contact events@starward.com.au with your booking reference, and our team will get back to you within 1 business day.

Hot weather policy

For the health and safety of our guests and staff, distillery experiences may not be able to operate if the local temperature exceeds 35°C. Should we need to cancel a booking in the event of extreme weather, we will contact all ticket holders to reschedule their booking. If no suitable alternate date can be agreed, a full refund will be processed.
